Introduction

- Need instant computer help?

- You have come to the right place!

Fidess Group uses cutting-edge technology that allows us to provide technical support without having to come on-site. With this completely secure connection clients can have their technical issues resolved without having to worry about downtime and security breaches.

Why be without your system for 1-2 weeks while a technician reviews it? The problem with lab evaluations is that they are not doing the same work and following the same steps as you would every day. Our engineers on the other hand can look at the computer’s data based on you actually working on it. We do this without viewing your personal data or intruding into your daily activities.

The Windows Remote Diagnostic Tool is a small computer program that you install on your computer through the next series of steps.  The Tool runs behind your desktop collecting information about system performance while you work.  It does not monitor the work you do, only the performance effects on your computer.

After you install the Tool it collects the performance data over 4-5 days depending on your computer usage.  The more you use your computer the faster the performance profile of your computer can be generated.  If you only use your computer 1-2 hours a day then the collection may take 2 weeks.  When the collection is complete and a performance profile can be interpreted a desktop engineer will call you using you registration information.  At that time you will be asked for payment via MasterCard or Visa.  The report on your system will be emailed to you as an Adobe PDF document and the engineer will review the performance profile findings with you over the phone.  He or she will make specific recommendations and you can decide how you would like to proceed.  At this point if you wish to have the tool removed then the engineer will remove the Tool remotely.
