Fidess Engineers utilize cutting-edge technology that allows them to perform Remote Access Support. When a client experiences a technical crisis or emergency, one of our technicians can access the client’s computer and walk them through the problem until resolution. The connection is completely secure, therefore preventing security breaches or the loss of data. Clients are able connect to one of our technicians through the Fidess website.
With Remote Access, clients receive the following:
- Technical problems resolved from our Fidess location in Burlington, MA (problems can often be solved remotely)
- Minimum interruption at work (repairs can be done after-hours)
