Managed Services gives Fidess Engineers the opportunity to perform Remote Access repairs. An on-site visit involves time and costs and, as a result, remote access has proven extremely beneficial for solving minor IT problems.
With remote access, a Fidess Engineer can speak with a client over the phone, access their computer using a secure connection, and walk them through the problem until its resolution without ever coming onto the client site.
With Remote Access, clients receive:
