Fidess has designed a new program to help placement firms with
candidate
sourcing.
We are a company that excels in
Sourcing!
In addition to subscribing to major job
boards, both domestically and internationally, and accessing our
proprietary
database, we are well-versed at sourcing the tough-to-find candidates
within
users groups, personal websites, and a variety of industry-specific
sites.
The
program is a 70/30 split (70 to the job order). This
program involves just resumes. We will take a search parameter
that you provide and send resumes from our vast resources. It's your
responsibility to call them. This program is a good program for the
recruiter
who is interested in resume acquisition as well as filling the job
opening and
has the time to qualify candidates personally.
There are several
advantages to using Fidess as your split partner:
- Fidess does
not compete against you. It is our intention to provide sourcing
services to contingency recruiting organizations.
- Your client
information is secure with you. We do not need the client
information to do our search. (Many organizations refrain from doing
splits because they are weary of giving out their client information.
When you work with us, the client information stays with you).
- Like you,
we work on a contingency basis. We make money if you make money. (We have the same motivation as you do: putting a deal
together. That being said, we ask that you give us “real
jobs” to work on so that candidates can be qualified, submitted,
and interviewed in a timely manner).
- Within two
business hours of receiving a job search, we can get you candidates!
- Your time
will be dedicated to building client relationships. In today’s
market, this process is necessary.
- We can work
on a variety of requirements: full-time perm, contract, or
contract-to-perm.
We
also offer a 60/40 split (60
to the job order). This program involves candidates. We not only source the candidates but we
qualify them against your
requirements. The candidates we submit to you are interested in the
opportunity
and ready to interview.
